More of Maki

From the previous post, I have posted my idea sketch on Maki, the mascot kitty for my group's magazine. I have done illustrating it and here I shall post my progress on it and the final outcome of it.

Since my group for my Japanese needed to create a sushi magazine, I thought that maybe adding a mascot for it would be nice. Hence I created a cute character kitty as our magazine mascot. (Inspired by many cute illustrations)

A piece of my dream

I had a weird dream last night and I'm not really sure how to describe it. However, there's one image that still in my head is me (or so I thought) hugging a huge mother goose (?) I'm not even sure if it looked like a goose… well more like a swan but mother goose is what I called her. Anyway, I decided to sketch it out with the color as what I see. Most probably in my brain is in watercolor instead….

Me and Kitty?

It was supposed to be my resume design but decided not to do so. I realized the design was too childish when I was almost finish. Thus, I just finished it and put it into my collection.

I have to say that I really loves cats~! Hah!
