Brother's wedding

So, my elder brother finally got his love of his life to be his wife. So, I thought of giving him a gift. However, the gift wasn't really received much so this gift didn't really turn out as what I thought it would. (what I thought : putting the movie up on the wedding hall so everyone can get a view of it.) T.T

I kind of disappointed that it didn't got preview but I guess this is more to my feelings. So, lets not bother about it. Making this project wasn't as happy as it seems. I had a lot of argument and the feeling of angry is always there so i guess the video became an outcome of insincerity. 

Conclusion: I'm not going to do any videos anymore for anyone especially wedding ceremony…

Feeling: meh… =/

Finalizing the semester

After a few days of lack sleep, finally we ended our semester with submitting our last assignment that is the game.

While dong, things werent so great. There were pressured of submission, many error pops up (even when we are suppose to be done!), some did't sleep, emoticon breakdown and such. Now, it feels that a weight has been lifted and we are enjoying our freedom for now. Until the day, we go for internship in the coming January.

  So here is my game….

     Sonic design are also included since we have to create our own sounds. All the sound are made by myself except for the background music and the company screen.

The finishing Touch

     I finally can insert the html into the simulator and it is working fine. At the same time, I am also done with my design document ( so far, unless I needed corrections ). At least, I am one less assignment to worry about…..

I made sure that it works normally in the browser before I added the media query.

However, I got this. So I asked my lecturer about it, and he told me to adjust the design in the 320 x 480 view. I did that and I got the page set right.

Then there was a problem with it ; it wouldn't link from a page to other. I did a little adjustment on the linking code (put it in the beginning of the line.

Mobile App 90% done

For now I have done linking all pages and I am satisfied with it. The pages are linking well and it is well functional. The only problem I have now is to make it response in a mobile screen. I tried using the media queries but it turned out well / not what expected. So, that part I will ask my lecturer instead. For the moment now, I will start on my design document instead.

Last part of editing (gallery). Reusing same html but different content. So here I just need to copy,paste and edit a little only.

Final Submission

After I done with the last assignment, I was able to adjust a few keyframes and finally playblast one with the audio….

After this, I am officially finished with 3d animation class for this semester…...

I'm finally done with my maya assignment 4. Though they woudn't be any preview for this assignment, I still got a feedback from my lecturer (mr. Ng Kim Boon) that I should make him place the plate on the sofa instead and also use left to eat.

Now I need to adjust my video setting because I still cant get the sound out yet.

Lip sync part 2

Almost done with this project, just a "little" more to go. I've done the lip sync part, just left the animation. I just hope that I can do this in time…..

I didn't realized it before but i think the lip sync is far more easier than the animation part.

Assignment 3 DS

For Design Studies assignment 2, we are divided into groups and majority group are in a group of 4. We are to do a research on an campaign advertisement that doesn't have much audience and revamp a another advertisement that is controversial.

The campaign that we have chosen is a campaign regarding Human Trafficking. While the video we has chosen is from Africa by IOM.

Firstly, the video does have much view or comments to add into our research and it wasn't much known to most people. The animation of it are not pleasing to the eyes and the body gestures are not presented well enough to understand. The important facts are stated in the end, which we think that most audience would skip that part.

To make this shorter, here are my contribution in the sketchbook (which we didn't have to do but we did it anyway)

Back to zero

For now I already done 3 characters and 2 small extras. Unfortunately, one of the character (prince) is supposed to be a walking character. For that, I needed to draw it separately. E.G the left hand, head, body and etc. After finished drawing a few position of the walk, I only start to researched on how to make it function. Silly me!

  On the bright side, I got most of the character done already. Now I just need to redo (TT^TT) the Prince and figure out on how to make him move smoothly. After I'm done with that, I can already make the production.

This is how I thought it can be done. 

The extra thing for the animation section only

Yes…. it is separated literally…. this is what I suppose to do from the start! Anyway, we learn from mistakes right?

Also, the ending of the game is still uncertain. I was thinking of making a happy ending where the Princess give him a cheek. This probably change though. Wo knows I might get another idea.

Starting the project

I already position my character and confirmed my audio. Now left only the animation and the lip sync.
So here is my initial post before starting the animation.

Character A is offering a slice of pie while Character B is looking hungry.

More HTML pages

I'm finally done with another two more pages. I asked my lecturer (Mr.Muzamir) about the linking pages method and apparently it only have the insert the link one. Well, that's good enough. There might be things that will come out differently as I only using CSS….. So, my navbar especially will look too normal and not so modern type.

About page

So the nav bar has been changed into that boring look. Though I still prefer the other one.

The map page

I've tested it out already and it already is working (the linking I mean) though it's not as attractive as it seem, I hope the way I made it seems user friendly and not so complicated.
